Founded in 2000 as a private company, CPI has become one of the premier integrators with respect to unified e-mail management and document routing. Our mission statement is “to identify what success really looks like in the form of an ROI for our clients.” Nothing more; nothing less. We take the investigative work out of what technology really costs. How much does it cost per e-mail user? How much does it cost to route and store documents? Can your business survive in the 21st century without unified e-mail messaging? The answer is no unless your shareholders are looking for a negative return.
To assist in answering these questions, in 2000, CPI formed an exclusive relationship with Omtool Ltd to sell and support its flagship enterprise fax server, FaxSr. Although the enterprise fax software has transitioned to Genifax and Accuroute, this relationship with Omtool has remained rock solid throughout the decade. Furthering its quest to establish the ultimate ROI for the enterprise, in 2008, CPI was proud to introduce Mimecast as its second product offering. Mimecast, in conjunction with CPI, delivers a connection to exchange that handles: continuity, spam filtration, virus protection, and 10 years of unlimited storage for your e-mail users.
The company's clients range in size from the 50,000-seat government conglomeration to the 100 seat small business. Our clients, generally speaking, are looking to take their hands off of the equipment and let CPI manage it for them. Additionally, due to the heavy demands placed on IT professionals for profitability, many of our clients are looking to downsize, and utilize our software and support as a service model.
Our geographic footprint consists of North, South, and Central America with some traction in Europe. Our offices are located in Northeast Florida. Please contact us at 904-315-7200 if you have any questions. |
